ABOUT THE ROLE n

An opportunity has become available for a Project Manager to join the Sydney team and work across a diverse pipeline of commercial projects.

n

Current projects include high-end workplace fit-outs, multi-floor office refurbishments, premium client suites, building remediation and upgrade works , along with workplace consolidation and downsizing projects for major global tenants.

n

Working alongside experienced Senior Project Managers and Project Directors, you will take ownership of projects and key workstreams across design, procurement, construction and completion.

DUTIES n

n
- Deliver commercial workplace, fit-out, refurbishment and remediation projects
n
- Manage projects and key workstreams from design through to completion
n
- Coordinate architects, engineers and specialist consultants
n
- Manage contractors throughout procurement and construction
n




- Drive design development and consultant coordination
n
- Manage tendering, procurement and contract administration
n
- Monitor project programmes, budgets, risks and key milestones
n
- Prepare client reporting and project documentation
n
- Manage stakeholder expectations throughout project delivery
n
- Oversee construction, defects, handover and close-out
n

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE nn
- Degree in Construction, Engineering, Property or a related discipline
n
- Previous experience within a Project Management consultancy or client-side environment
n
- Experience delivering commercial workplace and fit-out projects
n
- Refurbishment and/or building remediation experience highly regarded
n
- Strong design management and consultant coordination skills
n
- Experience across procurement and contract administration
n
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders within live commercial environments
n
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capability
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
