Job Description

Beacon Legal in Sydney is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee risk, compliance, governance and people operations within a small not-for-profit legal organisation. You will manage external finance and IT providers, support reporting and grant applications, and develop robust policies and processes.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will take ownership across operations, adapt to changing needs, and help the team work efficiently in a flexible hybrid setting with occasional CBD
