About the Opportunity n

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our team based in Port Melbourne and then transitioning to Heatherton in late 2026.

n

This role is responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support across our store and corporate network, ensuring our team members receive timely and effective IT assistance. You'll support a broad range of technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows environments, user access management, hardware deployment, remote support and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to store and corporate users
n
- Provide support across Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11 environments
n
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and user access issues
n
- Manage user accounts, permissions and identity management through Microsoft Entra
n
- Deliver remote support to users across multiple locations
n
- Provision, configure and deploy laptops, desktops and mobile devices
n
- Support ERP systems, including Pronto, where required
n
- Log, track and resolve incidents through the service management platform
n
- Assist with IT projects, upgrades and system improvements
n
- Maintain a strong customer-first approach and positive stakeholder relationships
n

About You n

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems,



takes pride in delivering outstanding service and is eager to continue developing their technical skills.

To be successful, you'll bring:

n

n
- 1-3 years' experience working within a Service Desk or IT Support environment
n
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 technologies
n
- Solid knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)
n
- Experience providing remote technical support
n
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
n
- Strong communication and customer service capabilities
n
- Experience with Pronto ERP will be highly regarded
n
- Exposure to networking concepts and device deployment is advantageous
n

Working Hours & On-Call Roster n

This role operates across a rotating support roster.

n

n
- Standard business support is provided Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 6:00pm
n
- Participation in an on-call roster every 6 weeks is required
n
- The on-call period runs from Friday through to Thursday
n
- Additional remuneration and perks apply during your on-call week
n
- The roster provides exposure to a diverse range of technical support requirements and business operations
