Job Description

Wipro Limited in Brisbane is seeking a Desktop Support specialist to join our Australian IT services team. You will triage and resolve high-priority incidents, log observations, and ensure requests are fulfilled within SLAs while maintaining quality.

You will monitor incident lifecycles, escalate when needed, participate in weekly service reviews, and contribute to root-cause analysis to reduce repeat issues.
