The Role:

Work closely with Senior Accountants and Managers to deliver high-quality compliance and advisory services

n

Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals

n
n

n

n
n

Preparing BAS and assisting with GST matters

n
n

n
n

n
n

n

Supporting tax planning and business advisory engagements

n

Liaising with clients via phone and email

n

n

Assisting with client relationship management

Continuing to build your technical knowledge and professional capability

About You:

n

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Business

n
n

n
n

n
n

n

Have 2–3+ years’ experience in Australian public practice

n
n

n
n

n
n

n

Have hands-on experience with companies, trusts and individual clients

n
n

n
n

n
n

n





Possess a solid understanding of tax compliance obligations

n

n

n
n

n

Be studying towards (or intending to commence) CA or CPA

n
n

n
n

n
n

n

Be proficient in Xero, MYOB or similar accounting software

n

n

n

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and effective communication skills

Thrive in a team-focused environment

Exposure to QBCC matters will be advantageous but is not essential.
