About the Role... n
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our small but vibrant and energetic Aluminium Facade Systems team.
n
You will be responsible for:
Customer Service n
n
- Processing customer orders received.
n
- Handling customer feedback in a professional manner; investigate,
negotiate and respond in a timely manner
n
- Processing of customer payments
n
- Processing and follow-up of quotes relating to a sale
n
- Provide back-up support for any position within the team including with warehouse operations.
n
- Be proactive within the Sales team providing good support, morale, passion and a fun environment to work in
n
About You... n
You will have:
n
n
- Experience working in a Customer Service Team
n
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues quickly.
n
- Effective Literacy and Numeracy skills
n
- Commitment to workplace health and safety and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
n
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
n
- Be prepared to assist with warehouse operations when needed
n
n
Successful applicants will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing and must have contactable work references.
