The Role & Responsibilitiesnn
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create an unforgettable in-store experience
n
- Build genuine connections with customers and understand their needs
n
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
n
- Maintain strong product knowledge across sneakers, apparel and streetwear
n
- Process and organise incoming stock and assist with stock replenishment
n
- Pick and pack online Click & Collect and dispatch orders
n




- Assist with day-to-day store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising and cleaning
n
- Maintain a high standard of presentation across the store
n
- Contribute to a positive, energetic and customer-focused team environment
n
- Bring a CAN-DO attitude and always look for opportunities to deliver great results
n

To Be Successful, You Will Bringnn
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential
n
- A genuine passion for sneakers, streetwear and contemporary fashion
n
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- The ability to work confidently in a fast-paced and energetic environment
n
- A team-first attitude and willingness to support your colleagues
n
- Self-motivation and a desire to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

- Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends and peak trading periods
