Job Description

The GPT Group in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Capital Works Manager to join our National Capital team, delivering operational and leasing capital works across GPT assets.

Based in Melbourne, you will lead strategic planning, procurement, financial management and end-to-end delivery, working with Asset Management, Leasing, Operations and external partners to achieve safety, sustainability and leasing outcomes with minimal disruption to tenants.
