We are currently seeking an experienced Site Safety & People Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands‑on role working closely with employees, supervisors, management and our clients to promote and maintain Keldan’s high standards of safety, communication and workplace culture.

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Safety & People Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands‑on role working closely with employees, supervisors, management and our clients to promote and maintain Keldan’s high standards of safety, communication and workplace culture.

About the Role n

The Site Safety & People Coordinator will play an important role in supporting Keldan employees across our workshop and client sites.

n

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

n

- Attending Toolbox Talks both onsite and at the Keldan Workshop.
n
- Conducting Safety Observations of employees onsite and within the Keldan Workshop.
n
- Preparing and providing high‑level safety and personnel reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
n
- Regularly interacting with Keldan employees to ensure information, expectations and important updates are communicated effectively.
n




- Conducting new starter onboarding and induction sessions.
n
- Maintain Birthday and Anniversary records
n
- Rolling out Safety Alerts, Safety Focus topics and other safety initiatives to employees.
n
- Conducting Safety Resets where required.
n
- Liaising with Site Supervisors, Managers and Superintendents to address safety, personnel and operational matters.
n
- Attending client and site meetings where required.
n
- Supporting a positive safety culture and ensuring employees feel supported and engaged in their workplace.
n
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and assisting with the implementation of safety and personnel initiatives.
n

About You n

We are looking for someone who is approachable, organised and confident working with people at all levels of an organisation.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- The ability to build strong relationships with employees, supervisors, management and clients.
n
- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.
n
- The confidence to address safety concerns when required.
n
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
n
- The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
n
- A genuine commitment to employee wellbeing, safety and workplace culture.
n
- A current Australian driver's licence.
