The Role n

As a Store Supervisor, you will support the Store and Assistant Store Manager in leading the daily operations of the boutique. You will be a brand ambassador, motivating the team to achieve sales targets while delivering an elevated and memorable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities n

- Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.

- Drive individual and team performance against sales and KPI targets.
n
- Support and coach team members to maximise productivity and engagement.
n
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clientelling and outreach.
n
- Assist with roster execution, operational standards, and daily store functions.
n
- Ensure visual merchandising standards reflect the Kate Spade brand.
n
- Support stock management, inventory control,



and loss prevention practices.

- Create a positive, inclusive, and values-driven team culture.

About You To Be Successful, You Will Have: nn
- Previous experience in a retail leadership role such as Supervisor, Key Holder, Senior Sales Associate, or Team Leader.
n
- A passion for fashion, luxury, or premium retail.
n
- Strong communication and people leadership skills.
n
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive commercial outcomes.
n
- A customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and peak trading periods.
