The Harvey Norman Balgowlah Furniture Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused 2IC to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers in the newly launched BBQ Centre. This is a fantastic location and the BBQ Centre nationally ranks 2nd in sales so volume is high. The location has cafes / undercover free parking and is located very close to the B1 bus line.

As a 2IC, you have an understanding of retail management, BBQ Knowledge and Stock Inventory to find the best outcome for our customers.
n
To be successful you must:
n · Have a passion for retail and BBQs
n · Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
n · Enjoy working in a team environment
n
What we require:
n · Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business
n · A high level of Furniture product knowledge indoor settings,
outdoor settings and couches to support customer queries
n · Experience in retail management with an excellent sales track record
n · Have the ability to maximize sales, assist with coaching, leading and motivating an enthusiastic team
n · Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
n · Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
n · Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
n · Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
n · Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
