Job Description

CommBank is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist Relief to support branches in the Penrith area. This part-time role (20 hours/week) involves pre-set rosters, travel to nearby branches, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail banking setting.

You will engage customers to understand banking needs, explain options such as Home Loans, Business Banking, and Digital Banking, and help process account inquiries and credit applications.
