nThe role:n
nReporting to the Senior Manager Supply Chain, youu2019ll lead complex source to contract activities in support of captures across a multitude of Defence Capabilities. Working closely with program teams, leaders and suppliers, youu2019ll develop sourcing strategies, draft and execute RFx processes, evaluate, negotiate and award subcontracts, while ensuring compliance with Defence and company requirements.n
nYouu2019ll also play a key role in managing supplier performance, contribute to functional continuous improvement activities and support a focus on Australian Industry Capability (AIC) outcomes, contributing to sustainable and missionu2011focused supply chain solutions.n

nYouu2019ll bring:n
n * An AGSVA NV1 security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain onen
n * Minimum of 5+ yearsu2019 experience in subcontracting or a similar commercial role within the Defence Industryn
n * Strong experience sourcing, drafting, negotiating and managing complex subcontractsn




n * Sound commercial judgement and confident stakeholder engagement skillsn
n * Knowledge of ASDEFCON contracting frameworksn
n * Ability to work effectively in a rapidu2011paced, deadlineu2011driven settingn
n * Tertiary qualification in Business, Law or a related discipline (desirable)n
