The Role:

n You’ll join as an AI/ML Engineer, building and deploying AI systems that improve speed, accuracy, and customer experience across mission-critical operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to ship quickly, work closely with domain experts, and turn complex processes into production-ready AI workflows.n

What You’ll Do: n

- Build AI systems that improve accuracy, speed, and decision-making
n
- Turn complex operational processes into AI-driven workflows

- Deploy ML solutions into production at scale
n
- Work closely with domain experts, users, and founders
n
- Help shape the engineering culture as the team grows
n

Requirements:n

- 2+ years’ experience in AI/ML engineering or research
n
- A track record of delivering AI/ML projects from concept to production
n
- Solid product instincts and a bias for shipping
n
- The ability to work well with non-technical users
n
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
n
