As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution—covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role: n

Territory: CAULFIELD and surrounds

n

Hours: Average of 15 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

n

Availability: Wednesday to Friday availability is essential

n

Essential: Driver license and car

Key Responsibilities: n

n
- Driving strongrelationships with store personnel
n
- Building and maintainingquality displays in store
n
- Negotiating promotional space
n
- Executing planograms
n
- Submit tasks & quality photos dailyvia smartphone/tablet
n
- Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
n
- Safely performing thephysical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending,



lifting, and repetitive movements.
n

Successful candidate will need: nn
- Supermarket,retail,pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
n
- A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
n
- Strong& friendlycommunication, organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- An ability to work autonomously
n
- Ability to perform thephysical & repetitive requirements of the role
