Strike Forces Services is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our growing operations team!

In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring employees, promoting a positive safety culture and helping drive high standards of performance across multiple locations. Reporting to the Senior Client Services Manager, you will play a key role in building capable, engaged and successful teams.

For internal purposes, this role is referred to as a Client Service Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities n
n
- Lead, coach and support site-based teams.
n
- Maintain adequate stock levels of equipment, consumables and PPE across allocated sites.
n
- Facilitate toolbox talks and daily pre-start meetings.
n
- Identify and coordinate training and development opportunities for employees.
n
- Support onboarding, recruitment and workforce planning activities.
n
- Conduct regular site visits, safety observations and workplace inspections.
n
- Coordinate rosters, timesheets and workforce administration.
n
- Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with company procedures.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve team performance, processes and operational efficiency.

- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

- A commitment to workplace health and safety.
n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations.
n
- Experience within cleaning, industrial services,
facilities management or a similar operational environment will be highly regarded.
n
- Previous mine site experience is highly regarded.

Applicants new to the mining industry may be required to complete an Order 45 Medical as part of the pre-employment process. Due to appointment availability and assessment requirements, this process may take from 4 to 8 weeks.
