We are currently seeking experienced Boning Room Meat Workers to join our client's busy meat processing facility.

This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity for people with previous experience working in a boning room environment. We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who understand the importance of working safely, maintaining quality standards and keeping up with production requirements.
About the Role n
Working as part of the boning room team, your duties may include:

Boning and breaking down meat
n
- n
Trimming and preparing product
n
- n
Knife work and meat processing
n
- n
Slicing and portioning product
n
- n
Removing defects and excess fat
n
- n
Working to production targets
n
- n
Maintaining product quality and presentation
n
- n
Following food safety and hygiene procedures
n
- n
Maintaining a clean and safe work area
n
- n
General duties within the boning room as required
n
What We're Looking For n
To be successful in this role,
you will have:

- n
Previous experience working in a boning room
n
- n
Strong knife skills and experience handling meat
n
- n
Experience working with beef, lamb, goat or other small stock highly regarded
n
- n
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements
n
- n
Ability to work in a rapid-paced production environment
n
- n
Good physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive manual work
n
- n
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
n
- n
Ability to work as part of a team
n
