Job Description n

Plexus Health (South Melbourne) Pty Ltd is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to join our healthcare practice in South Melbourne. The successful applicant will provide high-quality nursing care and clinical support to patients and work collaboratively with medical practitioners and allied health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Key responsibilities n

n
- Providing nursing care and clinical support to patients.
n
- Assisting medical practitioners with patient assessment, treatment and procedures.
n
- Monitoring patients and maintaining accurate clinical records.
n
- Administering medications and treatments within scope of practice.
n
- Providing health education and advice to patients.
n
- Supporting preventative healthcare and chronic disease management.
n
- Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records.
n
- Maintaining compliance with relevant clinical, qualified and workplace standards.
n
- Working collaboratively with doctors,



allied health professionals and administrative staff.
n

Skills and experience nn
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
n
- Relevant nursing qualification.
n
- Previous experience in a medical practice/general practice environment is desirable.
n
- Strong clinical, communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
n
- Commitment to providing professional, patient-centred care.
n

- Full-time employment of 38 hours per week.

- $48–$52 per hour plus superannuation.
