Job Description

Mission Australia in Sydney is seeking a dedicated Outreach Worker for Missionbeat to deliver rapid response outreach and crisis support to people experiencing homelessness across metropolitan Sydney, including welfare checks and pathways to housing.

You will work on-site, with an emphasis on building trust, coordinating with services, and ensuring protected access to supports in a dynamic, evening shift environment.
