ABOUT THE POSITION.n

n As Project Manager, you will take the lead across a varied portfolio of client-side projects, managing each project from the early planning and feasibility stages through design, procurement, construction and final handover. Multiple roles are available.n
n
n You will be the central point of contact for clients, providing strategic project advice while bringing together consultants,



contractors and key stakeholders to keep projects moving and achieve successful outcomes.n
n
n The roles offer considerable variety, with exposure to major capital works, commercial fit outs, refurbishments, infrastructure upgrades and building services projects.n
n

DUTIES.n
n

n
- Own projects from concept and feasibility through design, procurement, construction and final handover.
n
- Lead consultants, contractors and key stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required standard.
n
- Drive project budgets, programmes, procurement, contracts, risks, variations and commercial outcomes.
n
- Provide trusted client-side leadership, overseeing project reporting, governance, quality, commissioning and successful handover.
