Are you an experienced people leader with a passion for driving performance, optimising systems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for a Leads Management Team Manager to lead our dynamic Leads Team at Gro.

n

In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the full lead lifecycle from first enquiry through to booked consultation ensuring our potential clients receive a seamless and responsive experience. You’ll manage a small team responsible for lead conversion across multiple channels, optimise HubSpot workflows, and work closely with Head of Sales, Marketing, Clinics and Operations to maximise conversion rates.

What you’ll do

- Follow up on leads, book in consultations
n
- Lead, coach and develop the Leads Team to deliver exceptional performance and customer engagement.
n
- Manage daily team operations including allocation, tracking and follow-up of all incoming leads.
n
- Analyse lead conversion data, identify trends and implement strategies to improve results.
n
- Ensure CRM processes in HubSpot are efficient, accurate and continuously optimised.
n




- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to improve campaign outcomes and ensure a smooth customer journey.
n
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to senior leadership.
n

What we’re looking for

- Proven experience managing a leads or inside sales team, ideally in a customer-focused or health-related industry.
n
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools.
n
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
n
- Excellent communication, leadership and coaching skills.
n
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable in a rapid-paced environment.
n
- Based in Sydney— hybrid work available.
