Job Description

Connecting Families is seeking experienced Female Disability Support Workers to support a female NDIS participant with complex mental health and psychosocial needs in Caboolture, QLD. Start ASAP.

You will provide person-centred, trauma-informed and recovery-oriented support while maintaining skilled boundaries and promoting the participant's rights, dignity and independence. Responsibilities include home/community support, daily routines, and documentation.
