This full-time Warehouse & Counter Sales role in Wacol offers an exciting chance to join a leading distributor of automotive, powersports and solar products. As part of the warehouse and customer service team, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient inventory management and providing excellent service to both trade and wholesale customers.
What you'll be doing n

- Serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone
n
- Processing orders and preparing quotes
n
- Picking, packing and receiving stock
n
- Keeping the warehouse organised and stock accurate
n
- Supporting general branch operations as needed
n
What we're looking for nn
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
n
- Comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
n
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management
n
- Basic computer skills for order processing and invoicing
n
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work efficiently
n
- Strong work ethic and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
n
- A forklift license or the willingness to obtain one
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Mechanical, automotive or auto electrical background is highly regarded
