We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a small, product-focused engineering team and take ownership across the full development lifecycle.

This is a React + TypeScript full-stack role, with a strong focus on product development, AI-assisted engineering and end-to-end ownership.
What you'll be doing n

- Building and delivering new product features across frontend and backend
n
- Taking ownership from problem definition through to architecture, implementation and delivery
n
- Working primarily with React and TypeScript on the frontend
n
- Contributing to backend development and the ongoing migration towards a modern stack
n
- Using AI as part of the engineering workflow, including AI agents, code generation, specifications and orchestration
n
- Making architectural and technical decisions, rather than simply working from predefined requirements
n
- Working closely with the wider team to understand the product and challenge ideas where appropriate
n
- Potentially contributing to some desktop/edge-case functionality, including barcode scanner integration
n
- Working with AWS as the preferred cloud platform

What we're looking for n

- Strong commercial experience as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer
n
- Strong React + TypeScript experience
n
- Solid backend/full-stack engineering capability
n
- A product mindset, someone who thinks about the problem they're solving, not just the code they're writing
n
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking end-to-end ownership
n
- Experience working with AI-assisted development, including using AI agents, writing effective specifications/prompts and understanding how to validate and orchestrate AI-generated code
n
- Strong understanding of software architecture and engineering fundamentals
n
- Comfortable working in a small, rapid-moving environment where there can be some ambiguity
n
- Able to communicate technical decisions clearly and explain the thinking behind your implementation
n
Nice to have n
n
- .NET/C# experience, particularly the ability to navigate and understand legacy .NET/desktop code. You won't be spending the majority of your time in .NET.
n
- AWS experience, preferred, although Azure experience is also relevant.
n
- Experience in a startup, scale-up or smaller engineering team.
n
