Job Description

Department of Justice seeks an assessment and transition coordinator at Beechworth Correctional Centre to assess prisoner risks and needs and support safer transition planning.

n

You will help prisoners access programs, coordinate parole applications, and maintain accurate records while working with service providers to arrange referrals.

n

This ongoing, full time role offers a salary in the mid 80k to high 90k range plus super, and a chance to build experience in corrections.
