Job Description

Potentia Solutions Leisure is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of performance-led digital campaigns across our portfolio of hospitality, leisure and lifestyle brands.

This role is hands-on and executional, ideal for a digital marketer ready to deepen their experience across paid media, CRM and website content while working within a fast-paced, multi-brand workplace.

Key Responsibilities n

Accurately implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across core performance platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Eventbrite Ads, Spotify Ads, YouTube Ads, Apple Ads and other relevant networks

n

Conduct weekly monitoring, tracking and reporting of campaigns to ensure delivery against KPIs

n

Assist in the implementation of structured A/B testing across ad copy, creative formats and audience segments to drive performance and brand awareness

n

Build and schedule email and SMS campaigns , ensuring content accuracy, segmentation integrity and strong deliverability

n

Maintain websites with up-to-date product,



event and promotional content , ensuring accuracy and consistency across brands

n

Contribute to marketing performance reporting for internal leadership and external stakeholders

n

Support the wider marketing team with general marketing tasks , including campaign coordination, asset management, content uploads and administrative support as required

Skills & Experience n

Previous experience in digital marketing is highly desirable

n

1–3 years’ experience in Search and Social campaignsis highly desirable

n

Technical awareness in Google Ads and Meta Ads , with experience operating within the Australian media and digital advertising landscape

n

Working knowledge of attribution models and web analytics tools such as GA4

n

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft platforms for analysis, reporting and data manipulation

n

High attention to detail with a proven ability to work autonomously , manage priorities and meet deadlines
