St Marys has an excellent reputation for care and a supportive environment for Nurses to improve their clinical skills. We are looking for someone for 4-6 shifts per fortnight.

Job tasks and responsibilities n

- Assisting to implement solutions to the complex clinical needs of Residents.
n
- Supervising Care Staff as theyprovide personal care to Residents.
n
- Indentifying and reporting Clinical issues.
n

Skills and experience nn
- Applicantsneed to be able to exercise good clinical judgement
n
- Applicantsneed to possess good communication skills
n




- Applicantsneed to be assertive and provide clear direction.
n
- Applicantsneed to work well in a team environment
n
- It preferred that applicants have at least 12months experience in an Aged Care setting
n
