Job Description

Criterion Hotel Rockhampton, part of Waymark Hotels, is seeking a friendly Full time Receptionist to greet guests and manage day-to-day front desk operations in a busy hospitality venue. Based in the heart of Rockhampton, you will welcome guests, handle reservations, check-ins/outs, and provide exceptional service to ensure memorable stays.
