As a Bartender, you'll play a key role in creating a polished and memorable bar experience for our guests. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-end environment, preparing everything from classic cocktails to premium spirits and providing knowledgeable wine and beverage service.

About you nn
- Minimum 2 years' bartending experience, ideally within a fast-paced, high-end or fine dining environment
n
- Strong cocktail knowledge and experience, with a solid understanding of premium spirits, wine and beverage service
n
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive, polished approach to guest service
n
- Reliable,
positive and able to work collaboratively within a qualified hospitality team
n
- Availability across a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
n
- Must be available Thursday to Saturday
n
- Casual role with a stable and regular roster
n
- Sundays and Mondays closed - enjoy consistent days off
n
- Work within a premium dining and hospitality environment
n
