Synergie Australia is seeking an ASO8 Deployment Manager for a trusted South Australian Government client located in Adelaide.

The important parts: n

- Pay: Competitive ASO8 contractor rates + Super | Duration: Up to 12-month contract
n
- Hours: Monday-Friday | Full-time hours
n

What you will be required to do: n

You will play a critical role in a major finance transformation program, leading deployment activities for the implementation of a recent Oracle Financial Management System across multiple government agencies. You'll work with senior stakeholders, project teams and end users to ensure successful program delivery and organisational readiness.

- Lead complex deployment projects and ensure achievement of program objectives
n
- Coordinate deployment activities across multiple agency groups and stakeholders
n
- Manage project schedules, dependencies, deliverables and reporting activities
n
- Support change management, stakeholder engagement and business readiness initiatives
n
- Develop deployment materials, communications and workshop content
n
- Monitor project progress and escal**ate** risks, issues and delays as required
n
- Manage resources supporting deployment activities, including project officers and technical specialists
n




- Build strong relationships with government stakeholders and program workstreams
n
- Support governance reporting and go-live readiness activities
n
- Drive accountability and timely completion of project milestones
n

To be successful in the role you will: n

n
- Extensive experience delivering complex transformation or ERP implementation projects
n
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
n
- Experience managing deployment, implementation, or business readiness activities
n
- Demonstrated ability to work with executive and senior-level stakeholders
n
- Experience with project scheduling tools such as Jira and ServiceNow
n
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
n
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and risk management skills
n
- Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional resources
n
- Knowledge of organisational change management principles
n
