About the role n

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to join a delivery team responsible for ensuring solutions are thoroughly tested, sufficiently defect‑free and ready for production deployment. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior testing professional with strong leadership capabilities and experience in enterprise workflow solutions.

Key responsibilities n

n
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies aligned with business requirements, technical expectations and project timelines.
n
- Coordinate and manage manual and automated testing activities, including functional, non‑functional, system, integration, regression and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
n
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, business analysts and other stakeholders to integrate testing processes and resolve issues.
n
- Establish and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
n
- Lead, mentor and support testing team members, fostering a collaborative culture focused on quality and continuous improvement.
n
- Develop and implement testing governance frameworks, processes and practices to improve consistency and quality across ICT solutions.
n
- Identify, track and manage defects, ensuring risks are addressed and solutions meet quality standards before production deployment.
n

Highly desirable criteria nn
- Significant senior‑level testing experience with a Tier 1 workflow solution, such as Appian.
n
- Extensive experience across manual and automated testing,



including regression, system and User Acceptance Testing.
n
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies and test cases.
n
- Strong experience leading and coordinating testing activities within complex technical environments.
n

Desirable criteria nn
- Relevant qualifications in Test Management or an equivalent discipline.
n
- Experience using productivity and testing management tools, including Jira, Confluence and Xray.
n
- Experience implementing automated testing frameworks and improving testing governance and processes.
n
- Previous experience leading, mentoring or managing testing teams.
n

Skills and experience nn
- 5–10+ years of professional software development or testing experience, including experience in leadership roles.
n
- Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, frameworks and best practices.
n
- Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate and deliver multiple testing activities within established timelines.
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and problem‑solving skills.
n
- Ability to identify and manage defects, assess testing risks and ensure solutions are fit for production.
n
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement, quality assurance and testing governance.
