Our client is a well-established and highly regarded residential insurance repair business, delivering exceptional outcomes through technical expertise, customer-focused service, and innovative technology. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Claims Coordinator to join their collaborative team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working in a rapid-paced setting where no two days are the same. Working closely with Project Managers, Assessors, Supervisors, Trades and Insurers, you will play a key role in ensuring residential insurance claims are managed efficiently and customers receive a high level of service throughout the repair process.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Coordinating and progressing residential insurance claims
n
- Managing inbound and outbound customer and stakeholder communications
n
- Updating claims information across company portals
n
- Liaising with customers, insurers, trades, and internal teams
n
- Responding to enquiries and resolving issues promptly
n
- Building strong stakeholder relationships to ensure positive customer outcomes
n
- Supporting the wider team in achieving performance targets and service standards
n
n
About You:
n
n
- Previous experience in administration, coordination, customer service, claims, or a similar role
n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
n
- Confidence engaging with a variety of stakeholders
n
- A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
n
- A positive attitude and desire to contribute to team success
