Job Description

The Arnott's Group is seeking a senior People & Culture Manager for our Huntingwood site in NSW. You will partner with the Plant Manager and leadership team to shape workforce strategy, build capability, drive cultural change and navigate a complex industrial relations landscape.

Expect 4-5 days onsite per week and a high-visibility role with influence. You'll lead a small P&C; network, influence senior operational leaders and deliver strategic HR outcomes across a large, unionised frontline
