Job Description

The University of Melbourne is seeking a Financial Aid Advisor to support students with financial assistance and coordinate arrival services for new entrants. This full time, 12-month fixed-term role requires handling interest-free loans and hardship grants, responding to enquiries, and connecting students with wellbeing supports.

Based in Student and Scholarly Services, you will contribute to service redesign, maintain information across channels, and collaborate with external contractors.
