What you'll be doing n

n
- Planning and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate educational programs that stimulate children's learning and development
n
- Create a nurturing, safe and inclusive setting where children can learn and play
n
- Build strong relationships with families, communicating regularly.
n
- Ensure compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and Service policies
n
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and participate in professional development
n

What we're looking for nn
- A relevant early childhood qualification, like a Diploma of Children's Services or studying towards.
n
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families
n
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and gaining more knowledge around child development.
n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
n
- A current First Aid certificate, including CPR, a National Child Safety Foundation Certificate and a valid Working with Children Check.
