The Role n

The Regional Operations Manager QLD will take overall responsibility for the performance and development of the Queensland operation.

n

Leading a team of technical professionals across South East and regional Queensland, you will balance service delivery, customer engagement, people leadership and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities include: n

- Lead and develop a growing technical service team.
n
- Ensure high-quality planned and reactive service delivery.
n
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
n
- Manage regional revenue, costs and profitability.
n
- Drive business growth, client retention and operational efficiency.
n
- Lead performance, quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
n




- Provide technical and operational leadership across the region.
n
- Collaborate as part of the national leadership team.
n

You Will Bring nn
- Experience leading a technical, engineering, biomedical, laboratory or similarly complex service operation.
n
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and performance-manage technical teams.
n
- Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Commercial understanding across budgets, costs, revenue and profitability.
n
- Experience managing field-based teams and contractors.
n
- A proactive approach to business development and growth.
n
- Credibility with technical professionals and senior stakeholders.
n
- A biomedical engineering background is advantageous but not essential. Strong candidates from adjacent technical service environments will be considered.
n
- Genuine leadership and accountability for a significant Queensland operation.
n
