Job Description

Belgravia Group in NSW is seeking a Guest Services Manager for Lakeside Holiday Park, North Narrabeen. You will lead a Guest Services Attendants team, oversee reception, reservations and guest services, and ensure a seamless guest journey with a solid focus on service excellence.

The role reports to the General Manager, requires weekend/holiday availability, and involves coordinating rosters, training and collaboration with housekeeping to maintain high standards across the park.
