About the Venue n

The Premier Hotel is a well-loved Broadmeadow local, and it is entering an exciting current chapter. The venue is undergoing a major renovation, including a brand new kitchen opening (soon / date). This is a rare chance to join at the very start, help set up a fresh kitchen and be part of the team shaping our food offering from day one.

About the Role n

We are seeking casual Chefs to support our Head Chef and kitchen team in delivering quality pub food in a busy, fast-paced kitchen.

Employment: n

Casual, with regular hours of (20 to 38) per week

Pay: n

Casual rates under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award (HIGA), including casual loading and all applicable penalties for weekends and public holidays

Experience: n

Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen across sections such as (Grill, Pans, Fryer, Larder)
