Civil Site Supervisor / Manager – Major Development Site (TMR External Works) Hervey Bay Region About the Company n

The Role n

We're seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor/Manager to take ownership of a large development site, with a strong focus on external works carried out under Transport and Main Roads (TMR) requirements. You'll be responsible for leading crews on-site day to day, ensuring works are delivered safely, to program and to the required quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Lead and manage in office crews across civil and external works packages
n
- Oversee delivery of TMR-scope external works in line with relevant standards and specifications
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, plant, materials and resources to maintain program and productivity
n
- Manage day-to-day site operations, including safety, quality and environmental compliance
n
- Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers,



clients and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project delivery
n
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, pre-starts and ongoing safety management
n
- Monitor works against program, budget and quality requirements, identifying and resolving issues as they arise
n

About You nn
- Proven experience running crews on civil construction or development projects
n
- Direct experience with TMR (Transport and Main Roads) external works is highly regarded but will look at someone with subdivisions exp
n
- Strong leadership and team management capability, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
n
- Solid understanding of civil construction methodology, safety and compliance requirements
n
- Relevant tickets and qualifications for site-based civil supervision
n
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with strong communication skills
n
