Visionary Eye Specialists is a leading specialist ophthalmology practice with clinics located in Hurstville and Miranda . We are seeking an experienced Senior Medical Receptionist to join our professional and friendly team on a full-time basis.

About the Role n

This is a role for someone who understands the demands of a specialist medical practice and is confident managing patients, doctors, appointments and the administrative requirements of a busy specialist environment.

You will work closely with our ophthalmologists, orthoptists and administration team to provide a high standard of patient care and ensure the smooth operation of our clinics.

About You n

We are looking for an experienced medical receptionist who can demonstrate:

- Previous experience in a specialist medical practice – essential
n
- Ophthalmology experience – highly desirable
n
- Strong understanding of specialist medical reception and administration
n
- Excellent patient service skills and a warm, professional manner
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm and efficient in a busy environment
n




- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- The ability to work independently and take initiative
n
- A qualified approach to confidentiality, privacy and compliance
n
- A genuine commitment to providing a positive patient experience
