CSR Marketing Coordinator – Trades Industry (Service Titan experience beneficial)

We’re looking for a motivated CSR Coordinator to help keep our team booked solid and our brand growing. This hybrid role blends inbound and outbound customer service.

What You’ll Do n

- Answer calls, qualify leads, and convert enquiries into booked jobs using proven scripts.

- Keep technicians booked ahead with explicit scheduling and follow-up calls.

- Assist with admin/dispatch tasks like lead coordination, quote follow-ups, and tidy records.

What We’re Looking For nn
- 2–4 years in a marketing or CSR role (service/tradie background a plus).
n
- Confident on the phone with strong communication skills.

- Comfortable with job management software (Service Titan), CRM & email tools
n
- Organised, proactive, and customer-first.
