Elephant Room is a performance-driven digital agency focused on retail clients, with a dedicated team of 30 digital natives working with brands including AJE Athletica, Bed Threads, Boody, Assembly Label and Go-To Skincare. This role leads and navigates complex paid media accounts to drive client goals and objectives, collaborating with strategists and specialists to grow performance through recent and supporting channels.

Responsibilities n

n
- Build relationships with clients to understand their marketing needs across paid channels
n
- Work with clients and internal teams to set quarterly objectives, strategies and bi-weekly tactical plans
n
- Attend client meetings: presentations, asset delivery, general troubleshooting and implementation
n
- Collaborate with the Paid Media team on ad creation and campaign setup
n
- Explore new spending opportunities aligned with clients' release and content calendars
n
- Oversee channels with a focus on search and Meta — tracking, monitoring, recommendations, optimisations and reporting
n
- Report on ad creatives and make recommendations based on what works, current trends and opportunities
n




- Manage budget planning and revenue forecasting
n
- Analyse performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations, testing new technologies, products and strategies
n
- Bring new ideas and test them with a relevant test design, covering channels, creatives, campaign structures or targeting
n

What we're looking for nn
- 2+ years as a Performance, Account or Paid Media manager
n
- At least one year of experience in an agency
n
- Experience exporting and interpreting data from Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager and TikTok
n
- Comfort using Excel or Google Sheets for data
n
- Experience managing media strategy, including budget allocation to objectives and channels
n
- A genuine love of ecommerce and working with emerging retail brands
n
- Exceptional communication skills for briefs, timelines and merchandise calendars
n
- Ability to build relationships across stakeholders
n
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for designBased in Sydney with Australian working rights
