Life Without Barriers in Lismore is seeking a Therapeutic Youth Worker to support children and young people aged 12 to 17 who have experienced trauma or neglect. The casual position requires flexibility to work afternoon, sleepover, and weekend shifts across a 24/7 residential roster.

You will assist with activities of daily living and personal care as needed, drawing on experience with disability. A Diploma in Community Services or related field, or equivalent experience, plus a current First
