Position Description n
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support while taking ownership of a diverse accounts receivable portfolio.
n

- Manage daily collections activities and maintain strong customer relationships
n
- Allocate incoming payments and investigate payment discrepancies
n
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve outstanding issues promptly
n
- Negotiate and establish payment arrangements with customers where required
n
- Assess credit applications and facilitate the onboarding of current customer accounts
n
- Prepare debtor reports and provide regular updates on outstanding balances
n
- Support the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks and process improvement initiatives
n
Ideal Candidate n
The successful applicant will also have the following attributes:

- Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable, Credit Officer or similar position
n
- Strong reconciliation and account investigation skills
n
- Proven experience in collections and managing debtor accounts
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
n
- A proactive, organised approach and strong attention to detail
