VOICE PICKERS WANTED - METCASH CANNING VALE n

Labourforce is seeking experienced Voice Pickers to join our team at Metcash in Canning Vale.

What’s on Offer

- $33.85 per hour casual rate, including loading
n
- Early morning allowance for starts before 6am
n
- 4–5 day rosters, depending on shed and shift availability
n
- Shift starts including 6am, 8:30am and 1pm
n
- Ongoing work with potential to transition to Metcash after ~12 weeks
n
- Opportunities to upskill and move into part time/full-time roles
n

About the Role

n

You’ll pick customer orders using a voice-directed system within one of Metcash’s warehouse areas: Dry, ALM, CSD or Cold. Team members are generally assigned to one area but may assist elsewhere when required.

n

Duties include:

n

n
- Voice picking customer orders
n
- Operating an EPJ/MHE
n
- Repetitive manual handling up to 30kg
n




- Meeting pick rate KPIs and accuracy requirements
n
- Maintaining a safe, clean workplace
n

n

What We’re Looking For

n

n
- Recent warehouse/pick packing experience
n
- Voice picking and EPJ experience preferred
n
- Ability to meet picking KPIs
n
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
n
- Ability to lift up to 30kg repeatedly
n
- Team player with flexibility to assist other areas
n

Pre-Employment Requirements

n

Successful applicants must pass a medical and drug & alcohol test, with random testing conducted onsite.

n
