Bellamond Hair & Beauty Salon is seeking an Experienced Hairdresser to join our talented team in Southbank VIC 3006. This is a part-time position offering flexibility whilst maintaining the high standard of service our clients expect. As an Experienced Hairdresser, you will be at the heart of delivering exceptional hair services, working with a diverse clientele to create stunning transformations that enhance confidence and satisfaction. This role is integral to maintaining Bellamond's reputation for excellence and creativity in the hair and beauty industry.

Key responsibilities n

Providing a comprehensive range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling and treatments to clients of all hair types

n

Consulting with clients to understand their desired look, assessing hair condition and recommending appropriate treatments and services

n

Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and salon cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations

n

Building and nurturing strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat bookings

n

Keeping up to date with current hair trends, techniques and products to provide contemporary styling advice

n

Managing appointment schedules efficiently and communicating professionally with clients

n

Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive, collaborative salon environment

n

Maintaining accurate records of client preferences, treatments and product usage

What we're looking for n

A minimum of 5 years' experience working as a professional hairdresser in a salon environment

n

Current professional hairdressing qualification or recognized apprenticeship completion

n

Demonstrated expertise in a range of hairdressing techniques including cutting, colouring, perming and styling

n

Strong knowledge of hair care products,



treatments and their applications

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients

n

A keen eye for detail with a passion for creating quality results

n

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

n

Commitment to maintaining qualified standards of presentation and hygiene

n

Flexibility to work part-time hours including Saturday availability
