Job Description

NSW Health, Central Coast Local Health District, Gosford Hospital, is seeking an experienced Social Worker Level 4 to join the Emergency Department leadership team as Deputy Site Manager. You will lead the ED social work function, provide advanced psychosocial assessments and contribute to site-wide leadership on complex patient care pathways.

The role requires extensive hospital-based psychosocial experience, solid leadership, and a commitment to evidence-based practice and service improvement.
