Job Overview:
The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service that ensures guaranteed guest satisfaction including but not limited to;
- Welcoming guests into the restaurant
- Providing menu recommendations
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Delivering food and beverages to tables
- Clearing tables
To be successful in this role,
ideally you will have:
- Flexible availability, specifically during weekdays (Tuesday evening & Saturday availability is a must)
- A Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate is a must
- Outgoing, enthusiastic with excellent customer service & communication skills
- Hands on experience in a similar role at a fast-paced restaurant would be advantageous
- Basic understanding of POS ordering systems and cash handling would be advantageous
- Work effortlessly in a team environment.
