SeaLink South East Queensland (SEQ) is seeking a Permanent Full-Time Reservation Consultant based in Cleveland, QLD. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, processing ferry bookings, ticket sales, and vehicle check-ins across three terminals.

The team operates 365 days a year, so weekend/public holiday rosters are required. The successful candidate will excel in a rapid-paced environment, communicate clearly with diverse customers, and balance independent work with team
