Maintenance Supervisor | 3-Month Contract | Telfer, WA

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for an immediate-start, three-month contract at Telfer Mine, Western Australia. Working an 8/6 roster across day and night shifts, you’ll lead the maintenance crew, coordinate daily work and help keep the site’s heavy mobile plant operating safely and reliably.

- Supervise maintenance activities and support the delivery of the maintenance plan
n
- Lead pre-starts, allocate work and monitor progress throughout each shift
n
- Coordinate planned maintenance and breakdown work with planning and operations teams
n




- Promote safe work practices and maintain clear communication across the crew
n

What you’ll neednn
- Australian-recognised Mobile Plant Technology trade qualification and a diesel fitter background
n
- Current S26 Supervisor ticket
n
- At least 18 months' experience in a maintenance supervisory role within a mining environment
n
- Strong experience maintaining heavy mobile plant, including CAT, Hitachi, Komatsu and/or Liebherr equipment
n
- Sound safety leadership and the ability to manage competing priorities
n
- Current Australian driver’s licence
n
- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
n
